Malfunction Code Cycle Break:

CODE CYCLE BREAK
Time between warning code cycles is 4.0 seconds (time light is "OFF").

Malfunction Code (Ones Position):

SECOND DIGIT OF MALFUNCTION CODE (ONES POSITION)
Digits in ones position of warning code represent the number of times light is "ON" 0.4 seconds during one cycle.

Malfunction Code (Tens Position):

FIRST DIGIT OF WARNING CODE
Digits in tens position of warning code represent the number of times light is "ON" 1.2 seconds during one cycle. The light goes "OFF" for 1.6 seconds between its long and short pulses.

*These code numbers are related to electronic automatic transaxle function.

NOTE:
^ The HOLD indicator does not flash diagnostic trouble code numbers.
^ If there is more than one failure present, code numbers are indicated in numberical order, lowest number first.
^ After repairs, turn ignition OFF, disconnect negative battery cable at least 20 seconds and depress the brake pedal to erase trouble code numbers from PCME memory.
