Control Module: Testing and Inspection

Inspection



1. Disconnect the powertrain control module (transaxle) connectors.






2. Connect the Engine Signal Monitor (49 9200 162A) and Adapter Harness (49 G018 903) to the powertrain control module (transaxle) as shown.






3. Place the Sheet (49 G018 904) on the Engine Signal Monitor.
4. Measure the voltage at each terminal.
5. If any powertrain control module (transaxle) terminal voltage is incorrect, check the related input or output devices and wiring. If no problem is found, replace the powertrain control module (transaxle).


Warning: Applying voltage to terminals A and B of this SST will damage the SST.
