Final Engine Assembly

Install components in the reverse order of removal steps shown in Figs. 12 through 17 to complete engine assembly, noting the following:
1. Install oil metering nozzles, then connect oil metering tubes using new washers. The oil tube ends are color coded. White: front rotor housing, Yellow: rear rotor housing.
2. Exhaust manifold gaskets are installed with the crimped side facing the exhaust manifold.

3. Tighten turbocharger retaining bolts and (new) nuts shown in Fig. 60 as follows:
a. Torque bolts ``A'' to 28 - 38 ft.lb.
b. Torque bolts ``B'' to 16 - 21 ft.lb.
c. Torque bolts ``C'' to 32 - 42 ft.lb.
4. Tighten all components to specifications.
