REPLACEMENT
1. Remove the EGR valve in the sequence shown below.

Note: Plug the water hoses after disconnecting them.

(1) Vacuum hose.
(2) EGR valve position sensor connector.
(3) EGR valve and gasket.

Note: Before installing the EGR valve, install new gaskets.

2. Install the EGR valve in the reverse order of removal.
