EGR Valve: Service and Repair

Replacement
1. Move and secure the harness away from the EGR valve.
2. Plug water hoses after disconnecting them.
3. Remove the EGR valve in the following sequence.
a. Dynamic Chamber.
b. EGR Hoses.
c. Vacuum Hose.
d. EGR Function Sensor Connector.
e. EGR Valve and Gasket.

4. Use new gaskets and replace the EGR valve.
