Catalytic Converter: Service and Repair

REMOVAL/INSPECTION/INSTALLATION
- Remove in the sequence shown in the figure.
- Check all components for damage, deterioration, and restriction and repair or replace as necessary.
- Install in the reverse order of removal.





1. Heated oxygen sensor (Rear)
2. Heated oxygen sensor (Front)
3. Main silencer
4. Three way catalytic converter
5. Front exhaust pipe
6. Exhaust manifold insulator
7. Exhaust manifold
