Shift Interlock: Service and Repair

REPLACEMENT
1. Remove the rear console.
2. Remove the indicator screws and lift up the indicator panel.
3. Disconnect the shift-lock actuator connector.
4. Disconnect the P position switch connector.
5. Remove the shift-lock actuator.
6. Install a new shift-lock actuator.
7. Connect the P position switch connector.
8. Connect the shift-lock actuator connector.
9. Install and adjust the indicator panel.
10. Install the rear console.
11. Verify correct operation of the shift-lock system.
