Clearing Trouble Codes

AFTER REPAIR PROCEDURE
- Cancel the diagnostic trouble code memory by using the SST (NGS).
- Remove the SST (NGS) from the data link connector 2.
- Drive the vehicle at 50 km/h (31 mph), and depress the accelerator pedal fully to activate kickdown. Stop the vehicle gradually.
- Connect the SST (NGS) to the data link connector 2 and battery.
- Turn the ignition switch ON.
- Verify that no diagnostic trouble codes are displayed.
