With G4A-El, LA4A-El & GF4A-El

1. Remove front console screws, then the console.
2. Shift selector to P position, then remove indicator screws and lift up indicator panel.
3. Slide lock cover, then disconnect set button, Fig. 3.
4. Install and adjust indicator panel as follows:
a. Loosen indicator panel screws, then shift selector lever to P position.
b. Align alignment screws in slider with holes in indicator panel, then install suitable heavy-gauge wire to hold slider.
c. Tighten indicator panel screws in order, Fig. 4. Torque bolts to 18 - 26 in.lb.
d. Remove wire and verify selector lever properly aligns with indicator in each range.

5. Install front console, then the front console screws.
6. Verify correct operation of selector lever.
