Toe-In

1. Adjust steering angle as described under Maximum Steering Angle.
2. Remove steering gear boot clamp.
3. Loosen lefthand and righthand tie rod locknuts and turn tie rods equally, noting the following:
a. Both tie rods are right threaded so turning righthand tie rod toward front of vehicle and lefthand toward rear increases toe-in.
b. Turning both tie rods one complete turn changes toe-in by about 0.62 inch.

4. Torque tie rod locknuts to 51 - 72 ft.lb.
5. Verify boot is not twisted, then install boot clamp.
