Idle/Throttle Speed Control Unit: Description and Operation

Description
The idle speed control unit consists of two integral sub-components that can be tested separately but only replaced as an assembly.

Sub components:
- Bypass Air Control (BAC) Valve (provides cold fast idle)
- Idle Air Control (IAC) Valve (enables computer controlled idle speed)
