Overdrive Switch: Service and Repair
O/D OFF SWITCH REPLACEMENT
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the rear console and front console.
3. Remove the indicator panel installation screws.
4. Disconnect the connector and remove the O/D OFF switch terminals.
5. Remove the selector lever knob.
6. Install a new selector lever knob.
Tightening torque: 2.0 - 2.9 Nm (18 - 26 in. lbs.)
7. Install the O/D OFF switch terminals and connect the connector.
8. Install the indicator panel installation screws.
9. Install the front console and rear console.
10. Connect the negative battery cable.
