1. Disconnect wiper motor connector and check for continuity between terminals, Fig. 58.

2. When wipers are in parked position, continuity should exist between terminals A and B, terminals B and C and terminals A and C; in any other position, continuity should only exist between terminals A and C and terminals B and D.
3. Apply B+ voltage to terminals C and A, Fig. 58; motor should operate at low and high speed respectively.
4. If results are not as specified, replace wiper motor.
