Oil Filter: Service and Repair

1. Remove the oil filter by using the Special Service Tool (SST).
2. Use a clean rag to wipe off the mounting surface on the cylinder block.
3. Tighten the filter according to the installation direction on the side of it by using the SST.
4. Start the engine and check for oil leaks.
5. Check the oil level and add oil if necessary.
