Radiator: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Drain the engine coolant.
3. Remove the charge air cooler.
4. Remove the components in the order shown indicated in the table.
5. Install the components in the reverse order of removal indicated in the table.
6. Install the charge air cooler.
7. Fill the radiator with the specified amount and type of engine coolant, Refer to Maintenance.
8. Check the Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) and add ATF if necessary.
9. Check for leaks.
