Hood: Adjustments

HOOD ADJUSTMENT




1. Measure the gap and height between the hood and the front fender panel.
2. If not as specified, adjust the gap and height.
3. Adjust the hood lock after the hood has been aligned.

GAP ADJUSTMENT




1. Loosen the hood installation bolts and reposition the hood.
2. Tighten the hood installation bolts.

Tightening torque
19 - 23 N-m (1.9 - 2.4 kgf.m, 14 - 17 ft-lbf)

HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT




^ Turn the stop rubber to adjust the height of the hood.
