A/C Belt

1. Loosen bolts and nuts A, B and C.





2. Adjust the belt deflection by turning adjusting bolt D.

Deflection @ 98 N (22 lbs.)
^ New: 8.0-9.0 mm (0.32-0.35 inch)
^ Used: 9.0-10.0 mm (0.36-0.39 inch)

3. Tighten bolts and nuts A, B and C.
^ Torque bolt A to: 44-60 Nm (32-44 ft. lbs.)
^ Torque bolt B to: 38-51 Nm (28-38 ft. lbs.)
^ Torque bolt C to: 38-51 Nm (28-38 ft. lbs.)
