Alternator Belt

1. Loosen bolts A and B.
2. Adjust the belt deflection by turning adjusting bolt C.

Deflection @ 98 N (22 lbs.)
^ New: 5.5-7.0 mm (0.22-0.27 inch).
^ Used: 6.0-7.5 mm (0.24-0.29 inch).

3. Tighten bolts A and B.
^ Torque bolt A to: 38-51 Nm (28-38 ft. lbs.).
^ Torque bolt B to: 19-25 Nm (14-18 ft. lbs.).
