Front Door: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. To remove the door hinge, remove the front fender panel.
3. To remove the checker, remove the door speaker.
4. Remove in the order indicated in the table.
5. Install in the reverse order of removal.




6. Adjust the front door gap and height.

Connector Removal Note
1. Remove the rubber boot from the connector.
2. Pull out the connector from the body.
3. Pull the green pin out until it stops.
4. Disconnect the connector.

Connector Installation Note
1. Install the rubber boot to the connector.
2. Connect the connector.
3. Push the green pin in until it stops for locking the connector.
4. Install the connector to the body with pushing the both side ribs.
