All 1998-99 626 with 4-cylinder engine (GF22C).
DESCRIPTION
The Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) comes ON with Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) P1132 and/or P1131. This problem may be caused by an internal defect in the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) which can cause the PCM to misjudge the front O2 sensor signal.
Customers having this concern should have their vehicle repaired using the following procedure.
