Some vehicles may exhibit the horn(s) being inoperative or staying on all the time. The current Workshop Manuals lack horn diagnostic procedures.

Customers having this concern should have their vehicle repaired using the following repair procedure.

REPAIR PROCEDURE
Refer to the attached diagnostic procedure while referencing the applicable Workshop Manual and Wiring Diagram Manual. Be sure to observe all warnings, cautions, and notes.
