Parking Brake System: Service and Repair

REMOVAL/INSTALLATION





1. Remove the rear console.
2. Remove in the order indicated in the table.
3. Install in the reverse order of removal.
4. After installation, adjust the parking brake lever stroke. Refer to Parking Brake / Adjustments.

Rear Parking Cable Installation Note (8)





- Tighten the rear parking cable retaining bolts in the order shown in the figure.

- Tighten the parking brake lever mounting bolts in the order shown in the figure.
