Idle Air Control (IAC) Valve Inspection

IDLE AIR CONTROL (IAC) VALVE INSPECTION [KL]
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.





2. Disconnect the IAC valve connector.
3. Measure the resistance between the IAC valve terminal by using an ohmmeter.
^ If not as specified, replace the IAC valve.
Resistance: 8.7 - 10.5 Ohms [24°C (75°F)]
