Shift Solenoid: Service and Repair

SOLENOID VALVE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [GF4A-EL]
1. Remove the control valve body.





2. Remove the solenoid valve(s).
3. Apply ATF to a new O-ring and install it on the solenoid valve.
4. Install the solenoid valve in the control valve body.
Tightening torque
6.5 - 7.8 Nm (66 - 80 kgf.cm, 58 - 69 inch lbs.)
5. Install the control valve body.
6. Carry out the time lag test and line pressure test.
7. Carry out the road test.
