WHEEL BEARING PLAY INSPECTION





1. Position a dial indicator against the brake drum. Push and pull the rear brake component by hand in the axial direction and measure the wheel bearing play.
- If the bearing play exceeds the specification, first, replace and tighten the locknut to the specified torque, then replace the wheel hub component as necessary.
Wheel bearing play 0.1 mm (0.004 inch)
