DESCRIPTION
Regarding the replacement part for the Master Cylinder Cap Recall (# 89004), please be advised of the following:





When replacing a brake master cylinder cap (P/N B603-49-580) according to the recall instructions, the new replacement cap may also have a # 4 baffle cavity number. Refer to illustration.

A replacement cap with a # 4 baffle cavity number can be used as long as it is in original Mazda packaging.

If there is any doubt about the condition of the cap, do not use the part.

Note:
^ All defective # 4 baffle cavity number caps have already been purged from PDC stock.

^ Replacing caps that do not have a # 4 baffle cavity number will result in a debit of the entire claim.
