DESCRIPTION





Customers may complain of a rattling noise from driver's or passenger's door when driving on a rough road or closing the door. The noise may be coming from the beltline molding assembly clip on the top outer edge of the door.

Customers having this concern should have their vehicles repaired using the following repair procedure.

REPAIR PROCEDURE

1. Verify customer concern.

2. Pinpoint noise to driver's door, passenger's door, or both doors.

3. Replace the beltline molding with a modified one on the door(s) with the concern. Refer to Workshop Manual 09-16 FRONT BELTLINE MOLDING REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.

4. Verify repair.
