Parking Brake System: Service and Repair

PARKING BRAKE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
1. Remove the rear console.





2. Remove in the order indicated in the table.
3. Install in the reverse order of removal.
4. After installation, adjust the parking brake lever stroke.

REAR PARKING CABLE INSTALLATION NOTE





^ Tighten the rear parking cable retaining bolts in the order shown.

PARKING BRAKE LEVER COMPONENT INSTALLATION NOTE





^ Tighten the parking brake lever mounting bolts in the order shown.
