Tilt Switch Inspection

TILT SWITCH INSPECTION
CONTINUITY INSPECTION
Auto switch
1. Turn on the auto switch.
2. Disconnect the connectors between the tilt switch and the CPU.





3. Inspect continuity between terminal A and terminal B of the tilt switch side connector.
^ If there is no continuity, replace the combination switch.

Manual switch
1. Disconnect the connectors between the tilt switch and the CPU.
2. Move the manual switch upward or downward.








3. Inspect continuity between terminal A and terminal C of the tilt switch side connector.
^ If not as specified, replace the tilt switch.
