Exhaust System: Service and Repair

EXHAUST SYSTEM REMOVALANSTALLATION [KJ]
1. Remove in the order indicated in the table.
2. Install in the reverse order of removal.

Heated Oxygen Sensor (H02S) (Front) Removal/installation Note





1. Use the SST to remove or install the H02S.
Tightening torque: 30 - 49 Nm (3.0 - 5.0 kgf-m, 22 - 36 ft. lbs.)

Warm Up Three Way Catalytic Converter (WU-TWC) Installation Note








1. Tighten the bolts and nuts in the order shown.
Tightening torque: 16 - 22 Nm (1.6 - 2.3 kgf-m, 12 - 16 inch lbs.)
