Dropping Resistor Inspection

DROPPING RESISTOR INSPECTION
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Disconnect the dropping resistor connector.





3. Measure the resistance between the terminals of the resistor.
- If not as specified, replace the dropping resistor.
Resistance
11.4 - 12.6 ohms
4. Connect the dropping resistor connector.
5. Connect the negative battery cable.
