NOTE: The values given represent the proper pushing distance of the oil seal measured relative to a respective fixed position. If the real value obtained is in excess of these values, the seal must be replaced.

Pushing Distance
Front Seal (relative to edge of oil body) 0.5-1.0 mm (0.02-0.03 in)
Rear Seal (relative to edge of rear cover) 0.0-0.5 mm (0.00-0.02 in)
