DESCRIPTION
Some vehicles my experience an inoperative driver or passenger power window.
Customers having this concern should have their vehicle repaired using the following repair procedure.
REPAIR PROCEDURE
1. Verify customer concern.
2. Inspect power window motor of inoperative power window. See Workshop Manual section 09 - POWER WINDOW MOTOR INSPECTION
^ If power window motor is inoperative, go to STEP 4.
^ If power window motor is operative, go to next step.
3. Diagnose power window main switch and/or power window subswitch. See Workshop Manual section 09 - POWER WINDOW MAIN SWITCH INSPECTION and/or POWER WINDOW SUBSWITCH INSPECTION. Repair as necessary.
4. Replace inoperative power window motor with modified part. See Workshop Manual section 09 - POWER WINDOW MOTOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.
5. Verify repair.
