1. Visually inspect the eccentric shaft position plate for damage and erosion.
^ If there is any malfunction, replace the eccentric shaft position plate.

Eccentric shaft pulley tightening torque
14.2-17.2 N-m (1.45-1.75 kgf-m, 10.5-12.6 ft-lbf)
