Applying the Glue

APPLYING THE GLUE

The following procedure must be handled within 5 minutes without stopping. Once you have set up the glue applicator and the guide and tube, be "ready to work."





1. Place the plunger (A) to the applicator (B).

2. Insert the plunger to the front of the glue applicator.





NOTE:
Push in the lever (A), then push the plunger (B) through the applicator until it stops, then release the lever.

3. Insert the plunger fully.





a. Set the cartridge of the glue from the front upper part of the glue applicator, insert it fully, then close the cap of the glue applicator.





b. Remove the cap from the cartridge of the glue.





c. Set the mixing nozzle to the cartridge and turn it clockwise to fix.





4. Pull the lever of the applicator in order to push the glue out until it escapes from the tip of the nozzle, then verify the necessary amount of glue and the necessary speed of sliding the guide.

NOTE:
The glue inside the mixing nozzle will start to harden after 10 minutes. After that, you cannot reuse the mixing nozzle anymore.

Handling Cautions for the Glue

DANGER:
CAUSES EYE BURNS AND SKIN IRRITANT. MAY CAUSE AN ALLERGIC SKIN AND RESPIRATORY REACTION.

1. Provide appropriate local exhaust ventilation in the work area.

2. Wear gloves, face mask, and protective clothing to avoid eye and skin contact.

3. Carefully handle the container and do not allow any spills.

4. Wash hands after handling.

5. Make sure that the container is well-sealed when not in use and be sure to store it in one designated area.

First Aid Procedure

1. In case of eye contact, immediately flush eyes with plenty of water, then get immediate medical attention.

2. In case of skin contact, immediately flush skin with soap and plenty of water, then get immediate medical attention.

3. In case of accident, sickness, and/or inhalation, immediately get medical attention.
