Rear Washer Hose
REAR WASHER HOSE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION1. Remove the battery cover.
2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
3. Remove the mudguard (RH).
4. Disconnect rear washer hose, A from the washer tank.
5. Remove rear washer hose A from clips A.
6. Disconnect joint pipe A and remove rear washer hose A.
7. Remove the following parts:
1. Front door
2. Sail garnish
3. Front scuff plate inner
4. Front side trim
5. Side panel (passenger's side)
6. Side wall
7. Front console
8. Glove compartment
9. Lower panel
10. Center panel unit
11. Selector lever component
12. Driver-side air bag module
13. Meter hood
14. Lower column cover
15. Instrument cluster
16. Steering shaft
17. A-pillar trim
18. Climate control unit
19. Rear heat duct (1)
20. Windshield wiper arm and blade
21. Cowl grille
22. Dashboard
8. Remove rear washer hose B from clips A.
9. Disconnect joint pipe B and remove rear washer hose B.
10. Detach clips B.
11. Remove the following parts:
1. Front seat belt upper anchor installation bolt
2. Rear scuff plate
3. B-pillar lower trim
4. B-pillar upper trim
5. Rear package tray lid
6. Sub-trunk
7. Third-row seat
8. Trunk end trim
9. Rear header trim
10. Third-row seat belt lower anchor installation bolt
11. Cargo compartment light
12. Trunk side trim
13. Second-row seat belt upper anchor installation bolt
14. C-pillar trim
15. Map light
16. Sunvisor
17. Assist handle
12. Disconnect joint pipe C.
13. Remove the headliner.
14. Cut the urethane of the headliner and remove the tape and rear washer hose C.
NOTE: After installing the rear washer hose, reinforce the urethane that was cut when removing.
15. Remove rear washer hose D from the rear washer nozzle.
16. Install in the reverse order of removal.
