2005-2008 Mazda6 vehicle
equipped with 16" steel wheels built before Feb. 25, 2008
(Service Bulletin is not applicable to Mazdaspeed6)

DESCRIPTION





Some vehicles may experience rust appearing on the surface of the steel wheels. This is due to ultraviolet light deteriorating the paint on the steel wheel surface, which have no ultraviolet light protection.

Customers having this concern should have their vehicle repaired using the following repair procedure.

REPAIR PROCEDURE

1. Verify customer concern.

2. Replace all four (4) steel wheels with new service parts.

3. Verify repair.
