DESCRIPTION

This Service Bulletin is to inform you of the deletion of the Odometer Write function on M-MDS in order to prevent improper usage of it. The change will be applied with the release of software version 67.00. The applicable Workshop Manuals following the deletion will be updated to reflect this change.

If an instrument cluster is ever replaced, a SPEEDOMETER REPLACEMENT sticker will need to be filled out- with the current mileage (before replacement) and placed in the driver's door jam. The stickers are available from M-Store, P/N 9999-95-SPDO-97.
