Door Quarter Glass

DOOR QUARTER GLASS REMOVAL/INSTALLATION




1. Position the door glass so that the distance between the top of the front door glass and top of the front beltline molding is 110 mm (4.33 in).
2. Remove the battery cover.
3. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
4. Remove the door trim.
5. Remove the door unit.
6. Remove the door glass.
7. Remove the power window regulator.




8. Remove the nut and bolt, then remove the door glass guide.




9. Remove the nuts, then remove the door quarter glass.
10. Install in the reverse order of removal.

1. Adjust the adjustment bolt as shown in the figure.
