CHANGES TO AIR AND FUEL RATIO SENSOR AND WIRE CLIP

This bulletin supersedes the previous bulletin issued 10/15/2008. The APPLICABLE MODEL(S)/VINS and DESCRIPTION have been revised.

DESCRIPTION





The routing of the air and fuel ratio sensor wire harness has changed. When replacing a failed air and fuel ratio sensor, order the air and fuel ratio sensor and the wire clip as noted in the PARTS INFORMATION, and install the wire clip as shown.





Install the wire clip, inserting the stopper in the catalyst insulator, and reusing the original bolt.

Tightening torque: 6.9-9.8 Nm (61-86.7 in-lbf).





Pass the wire harness through the two wire clips as shown, and touch the clip (A) to the rubber tube (B).
