Cylinder Head Assembly Note





1. Tighten the cylinder head bolts in the order indicated in the figure in six steps.
1) Tighten to 32-38 N-m (3.2-3.9 kgf-m, 2328 ft-lbf).
2) Tighten 85°-95°.
3) Loosen 360° (one full turn) in reverse order.
4) Tighten to 32-38 N-m (3.2-3.9 kgf-m, 2328 ft-lbf).
5) Tighten 85°-95°.
6) Tighten 85°-95°.
