Removal and Replacement

SUNROOF UNIT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Remove the following parts:
a. Console (4 door) Removal and Replacement

b. A-pillar trim A-Pillar Trim Removal/Installation

c. Upper anchor of the front seat belt Front Seat Belt Removal/Installation

d. Front scuff plate Front Scuff Plate Removal/Installation

e. Rear scuff plate Rear Scuff Plate Removal/Installation

f. B-pillar lower trim B-Pillar Lower Trim Removal/Installation

g. B-pillar upper trim B-Pillar Upper Trim Removal/Installation

h. Rear seat Rear Seat Removal/Installation

i. Tire house trim Tire House Trim Removal/Installation

j. Trunk side upper trim (5 door)

k. C-pillar trim C-Pillar Trim Removal/Installation

l. Map light Service and Repair

m. Sunvisor Service and Repair

n. Assist handle Service and Repair

o. Headliner Service and Repair

p. Head impact pad Head Impact Pad Removal/Installation

q. Glass panel Service and Repair

3. Disconnect the front and rear drain hoses from the sunroof frame.

4. Remove the bolts and nuts, then remove the sunroof unit.






5. Install in the reverse order of removal.

6. Adjust the glass panel. Adjustments
