Clutch Pedal Assembly: Service and Repair

CLUTCH PEDAL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. Remove the battery and battery tray.

2. Remove the cowl panel. Cowl Panel Removal/Installation

3. Remove in the order indicated in the table.

4. Install in the reverse order of removal.

5. After installation, inspect the clutch pedal. Adjustments










Clutch Pedal Installation Note

1. After installation, adjust the pedal height and free play. Adjustments

Starter Interlock Switch Installation Note

CAUTION:
- The starter interlock switch may not operate normally if the rod is pushed in. Do not push in the rod when installing the starter interlock switch.

1. Insert a new starter interlock switch into the pedal bracket hole in the direction of arrow A.

2. While pressing the starter interlock switch in the direction of arrow A, slide it until it locks in the direction of arrow B to secure it.

3. Fully depress the clutch pedal in the direction of arrow C and adjust the push rod protrusion of the starter interlock switch.
