Disc Pad (Rear) Replacement

DISC PAD (REAR) REPLACEMENT

1. Disconnect the rear ABS wheel-speed sensor as shown in the figure. Rear ABS Wheel-Speed Sensor Removal/Installation






2. Remove in the order indicated in the table.

3. Install in the reverse order of removal.

4. After installation, depress the pedal a few times, rotate the wheel by hand, and verify that the brake does not drag.










Disc Pad Installation Note

1. Push and turn clockwise the piston fully inward using the SST.






2. Apply the grease to the contact area of the disc pad guide plate.






3. Install the disc pads.
