Sirius Satellite Radio Antenna Removal/Installation
SIRIUS SATELLITE RADIO ANTENNA REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
CAUTION:
Ground plate reused
- If the ground plate is removed/installed for purposes other than newly replacing the ground plate, always reuse the ground plate which was removed from the vehicle, otherwise it could cause scratches to the trunk lid.
Replacement with new ground plate
- If a ground plate other than the one applicable to the vehicle is used when replacing the ground plate, it could cause scratches to the trunk. Always use a ground plate which conforms to the Sirius satellite radio antenna applicable to the vehicle.
1. Remove the battery cover.
2. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Removal and Replacement
3. Open the SIRIUS satellite radio antenna feeder cover No.1 in the direction of arrow (1).
4. Disconnect the connector.
5. Remove in the order indicated in the table.
6. Install in the reverse order of removal.

1. While pressing the tabs, pull the SIRIUS satellite radio antenna outwards.

1. When installing the ground plate, align the SIRIUS satellite radio antenna notch with the ground plate projection, and then install it.
