DESCRIPTION





Some customers may complain of water drops trapped under the lower edge of the high mount stop light lens. If water drops are within 0.2" (5 mm) from the lower edge of the high mount stop light, water entry is not a concern. DO NOT replace the light due to this symptom.





Explain to the customer that water (A) becomes trapped under the lower edge of the lens (B) and the inside of the light assembly is not getting wet. To remove the water drops temporarily, allow the high mount stop light to dry or blow the water drops off using compressed air (C).
