Drive Belt: Service and Repair

DRIVE BELT REPLACEMENT [LF]

1. Remove the battery and battery tray. Removal and Replacement

2. Rotate the drive belt auto tensioner in the direction shown in the figure and remove the drive belt.






3. Install a new drive belt.
NOTE:
- Use a mirror to see the position of the drive belt auto tensioner indicator mark.






4. Verify that the drive belt auto tensioner indicator mark does not exceed the limit. Testing and Inspection

- If it exceeds the limit, replace the drive belt.

5. Install the battery and battery tray. Removal and Replacement
