OBD-II READ/CLEAR DIAGNOSTIC TEST RESULTS [13B-MSP]

- This retrieves all stored DTCs in the PCM and clears the on-board readiness test results, freeze frame data, DTC, diagnostic monitoring test results and pending trouble code.
