Intercooler: Testing and Inspection

CHARGE AIR COOLER INSPECTION [MZR 2.3 DISI Turbo]

1. Remove the charge air cooler cover. Service and Repair

2. Remove the charge air cooler. Service and Repair

3. Remove the air bypass valve. Service and Repair

4. Plug ports A and B.






5. Verify that there is no air leakage when air is sent from port C.

- If there is leakage, replace the charge air cooler. Service and Repair
