PANDORA FUNCTION FOR AUDIO SYSTEM IS NOT AVAILABLE

2013 Mazda3 vehicles (with Navigation) with VINs lower than JM1BL******743201 (produced before October 22, 2012)
DESCRIPTION
Some vehicles may experience that Pandora gets disconnected with a message as shown. This happens when Pandora is playing via Bluetooth and an iPhone/iPod, etc. is connected or disconnected from the USB terminal. To get Pandora to play again, the Pandora application needs to be restarted. This is caused by improper software of the Bluetooth unit. To correct the problem, the software of the Bluetooth unit has been changed.
Customers having this concern should have their vehicle repaired using the following repair procedure.
REPAIR PROCEDURE
1. Verify customer concern.
2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
3. Remove the following parts:
a. Passenger-side scuff plate
b. Passenger-side front side trim
c. Dashboard under cover
d. Glove compartment
e. Passenger-side lower panel.
4. Remove the screws (A) securing the Bluetooth unit (B).
5. Disconnect the connectors (A) of the Bluetooth unit (B), then detach the clips (C).
6. Remove the Bluetooth unit from the bracket.
7. Install the bracket to the Bluetooth unit.
8. Install in the order indicated in the table.
9. Install in the reverse order of removal.
10. Verify repair.
